two laps of llandegella trail. quite a few out and the trails were a little slippy in places with some deep puddles, new parallel universe section is good with 2.1 k of fast flowing downhill with a few jumps high berms rock drop off's etc.

slid of my pedal at on point and decided to bleed all over the track out of my calf!!

still a bit of welsh mud and all was good.

topped of with food and hot drink in the cafe' and a clean (after jet wash) bike

good day out, knees aching a bit now though
